Effect of IL-35 (mouse):Fc (human) (rec.) on IL-2 expression. Method: Mice were injected with OVA and alum. Splenic CD4+CD25- T cells and DCs were isolated and cultured in the presence of OVA with IL-35 (mouse):Fc (human) (rec.) (10ng/ml) or without IL-35 (mouse):Fc (human) (rec.) (control). IL-2 levels in the supernatant were measured using an IL-2 specific ELISA.
